Our products are made to order and fulfilled by our print partners.

Because each item is produced specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@catloversgift.com with photos of the issue.

We’ll issue a replacement or refund at no cost to you — no return shipping required.

Please do not send any items to our registered company address, as we cannot accept parcels there.
