3. Our products
- Our products are made to order and produced by our global print partners specifically for you.
- Colours and appearance may differ slightly from how they look on your screen; we do not warrant that a product will exactly match its on-screen depiction.
- Product descriptions may change at any time, and items may be discontinued or restricted in certain regions.
4. Orders
- Your order is an offer to buy. The Contract is formed when we accept your order, which happens once payment has been processed and the item enters production.
- Because items are made to order, a cancellation request may not be possible once production has started.

6. Shipping and delivery
All delivery times shown are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers or customs processing. Title and risk of loss pass to you once the goods are handed to the carrier. Full details are in our Shipping & Delivery policy.

Any third-party tools are provided "as is" without warranty or endorsement, and we are not liable for your use of them. The Site may link to third-party websites we do not control; you access those sites at your own risk.

12. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
- Except for the statutory rights described below, the Site and products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.
- We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or for fraud.
- Subject to the above, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, including loss of profits, business or data.
13. Your statutory rights
Nothing in these Terms affects your legal rights as a consumer, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 in relation to goods that are faulty or not as described. See our Returns & Refunds policy for how we handle damaged or defective items.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. The current version is always published on this page; continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
